Payment Terms
Effective Date: April 2025 · Propai CRM by Rockai Dev
These payment terms govern all financial transactions between you and Propai CRM. By subscribing, you agree to the following conditions.
- Electronic payments: credit & debit cards
- Digital wallets and bank transfers
- Supported payment gateways:
- Stripe (international)
- Paymob (Egypt & MENA)
- An invoice is automatically issued for every payment
- Invoices are sent to your registered email address
- Pricing may be monthly or annual depending on your chosen plan
- All amounts are shown in the local currency selected at checkout
- If payment is not received:
- Phase 1: Premium features are temporarily disabled
- Phase 2: Account is suspended after a grace period
- Phase 3: Account may be terminated with a 30-day data retention window
- We reserve the right to modify pricing
- Any price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days advance notice
- Existing subscribers will be honored at their current rate until renewal
- Displayed prices do not include government taxes where applicable
- Any applicable VAT or local taxes will be added at checkout
- Enterprise clients may be eligible for tax-exempt pricing
