Terms of Service

By using Propai CRM, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please review them carefully.
- The user commits to using the system for legal purposes only.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the system for:
- Fraudulent activities
- Sending Spam or unsolicited communications
- Storing or distributing illegal data
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Sharing accounts outside the designated team is prohibited without written permission.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- The system operates on a Roles & Permissions basis.
- The company administrator is responsible for managing their team and their respective permissions.
- Misuse of permissions by staff is the responsibility of the account owner.
- We strive to maintain high service availability (uptime target 99.9%).
- Scheduled maintenance or temporary downtime may occur with prior notice.
- We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by third-party providers or external factors.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:
- Violation of these terms
- Illegal use of the platform
- Non-payment of subscription fees after the grace period
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from the misuse of the system.
- The client is solely responsible for managing and backing up their own data and operations.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
