Since Propai CRM is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, 'shipping' refers to the digital delivery and activation of your workspace.

Typically, your account is activated immediately upon successful payment.
A confirmation email with login details is sent to your registered email addressing following payment.
You can access the dashboard and start setting up your workspace right away.

If your plan includes a custom domain, the 'delivery' of the domain mapping may take 24-48 hours.
Our technical team will coordinate with you via email to finalize DNS settings.

Delivery of specialized training sessions (for Enterprise plans) is scheduled within 3-5 business days of activation.
Access to training materials and documentation is provided immediately.

When you request a data export, the digital file will be prepared and delivered to your email within 24 hours.
