Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service (SaaS), the following terms apply to all subscriptions. Please read carefully before subscribing.
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis
- Service is activated immediately upon successful payment
- Annual subscriptions offer a 20% discount over monthly billing
- Payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated
- Exception: A refund may be issued within 3 days only if:
- A critical technical failure prevents access to core features
- The issue is verified and confirmed by our technical team
- Partial refunds for unused periods are not available
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Access continues until the end of the current paid period
- No automatic renewal will occur after cancellation
- Data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation for export
- Free trial duration will be clearly stated before subscribing
- No payment is required during the trial period
- Upon trial expiry, you choose whether to subscribe or not
